Discover Çıralı
Cirali, 90 kilometers to Antalya, officially is a part of Kemer
province.
The beach is nearly 3,2 km. long with a width from 50 meters to 100
meters. It's both sides are covered with a rocky landform. Generally the form of
the sand is floury. Two streams (Olympos and Ulupınar) flows into the sea from
the beach.
Çıralı beach has an
ecological importance as it is one of the few remaining nesting sites for the
loggerhead turtles, Caretta Caretta's. The place hosts many
other species
and plants. Besides, because of the ruins of ancient city Olympos, the
area is protected by the Government for its archeological significance.
The beach is a part of Olimpos-Beydağları National Park.
